Delivery with PUDO (Pick Up, Drop Off)

We use The Courier Guy's PUDO service to deliver your orders safely and conveniently. With PUDO, you can choose whether your parcel is delivered to a PUDO smart locker near you or directly to your physical address.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Delivery Option at Checkout
   • Locker Delivery: Select a PUDO locker that's convenient for you (at a petrol station, shopping centre, or other public location).
   • Address Delivery: Enter your street address and The Courier Guy will deliver your parcel directly to your door.
2. Secure Notifications

   Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by SMS and/or email.
   If you selected locker delivery, you'll be notified as soon as your parcel is ready for collection.

3. Collecting from a Locker

   You'll receive a unique PIN or QR code.
   Go to your chosen locker, enter/scan the code, and collect your parcel.
   Lockers are available 24/7, so you can collect at a time that suits you.

4. Receiving at Your Address

   If you selected home or office delivery, your parcel will be delivered directly to your door.
   You'll still receive tracking updates until it arrives safely.
